Chicago Snap-on Smile
Serving Chicago, Illinois and the surrounding areas
It is made out of a crystallized acetyl resin by the Den-Mat dental laboratories in California. The process is fairly straightforward. Dr. Cohen starts by taking an impression of your teeth. A hardened plaster model is made from that impression. Dr. Cohen then sends that to the laboratory, with instructions that describe the smile design you desire.
When we get the Snap-on Smile back from the laboratory, you simply snap it onto your teeth. It is tough enough that you can eat with it, and Den-Mat says that it will last up to four years.
